Needed a number of small remedial jobs doing quickly which often presents a challenge given good contractors workloads. Holly responded promptly and after assessing the work with me agreed that they would aim to fit in the work around other jobs. Within a couple of days Lucy contacted me and had one of their guys out on site that day who carried out all the work in an efficient and friendly manner.
