From my first enquiry by text, to Holly popping by to see me after it was finished, I couldn't have had better service. I needed a new flat roof on a house extension and had a drip down the internal wall in heavy rain. Holly assessed the roof herself and explained what was required. Then she kept me up to date with when she could fit it in, based on fair weather and then did the whole job in one day. I was at work and couldn't be home, so she sent photographs of the deteriorated roof and step by step photos, which was great to see for myself the extent of the damage and new roof going on. It was pleasant from start to finish dealing with Holly and Lucy - thank you very much HIP, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!
