We went through my requirements that was almost 60sqm of rubber roof along with creating a roof lantern. I am no roofer so Holly explained the process, time scales and then the price. After she explained it all I felt in safe hands especially with cutting out part of my roof for the new roof lantern, this something that other roofing companies tried to persuade me not to have, am guessing as it's not just a simple job. When the quote come back I was happy with it and booked in my job strap away. I was on a waiting list due to the companies workload but I took this as a positive ad a busy booked up company is sign of a in demand and good company.
When the date arrived the team arrived prompt on time and set to work with no issues, when unforseen issues did arise within the job Holly and her lads informed me and helped to come up with solutions to fix, and get around the issues. The job was finished on time and Holly herself made sure I looked over the job and was happy before payment was mentioned. Once I paid the garutee was sent over via email for my records. All in all I felt I've got a great job done for a great price, these guys are trustworthy, honest which goes along way in the building world, especially roofing as its not something you get to nessearily see. The added bonus of all the work garuteed and I was left feeling that if any isd7 was to arise in the future their just a phone call away.
