Lucy responded promptly, Took details of my issue and when poor weather delayed inspection, Lucy kept me informed. Not like some other roofers I have tried to contact in past.
Holly was friendly and professional. Assessed my issue and provided me with her view and sound advice. Another roofer would have gone ahead with a job which, in Holly's view, was not required. And from my chat with Holly, I trusted that view.
Whilst no job is needed now, I have one in mind for next year. And HIP was be my first choice.
